SUNDAY UPDATE:

The Under 14’s and 16’s will be playing Arsenal tomorrow at 10:30am at the pitches.

The Under 10’s and 12’s will also be in attendance with their activity TBC.

A reminder that we will be departing Oakham at 2pm tomorrow, please look to get to the meeting point in advance of that time so that you are there ready to meet us.

UPDATE:

We hope everybody is excited about tomorrow. Don’t forget to report to Schanshieffs Car Park, Ashwell Road, Oakham, LE15 6QG which is separate from the school. Players will be met by their coaches and walked to the school with their luggage.

The weather forecast isn’t predicting rain but please be prepared just in case.

If players want to bring drinks and snacks for in between meals that is ok.

We will be playing on grass.

Fridays training session is closed to parents.

Parents and spectators please use the same drop off car park for when you come to watch the games. The pitches are a short walk. Please be reminded of our club philosophy / code of conduct when watching.

Please leave plenty of time when collecting on Sunday, ideally we want parents to be there waiting when we walk back from the school.

Please be aware that the following coaches will be present on the following days, please use the numbers in case of emergency:

Andy Gibbons U10 Head – both days (number under documents)

Simon King U12 Head – Saturday and Sunday. Please us Sharon Brownlie instead 07921855987

Danny Parker U14 Ass – PM Friday to Sunday. Please use Sharon Brownlie prior to that time.

Joe Sheehan Under 16 Head Coach – Both days (number under documents)

Parents and guardians please ensure players are dropped at the correct meeting point at the designated time. Please allow plenty of time for your journey.

Friday PM will be a closed training session which means that parents and spectators are not permitted to watch. Saturday will be open and sunday is TBC.

Players will be collected from the same point at 2pm on Sunday, again please allow plenty of time so that you are ready and waiting for when the players arrive to go home.

Club Manager Sharon Brownlie will be present from Friday until Saturday PM. Technical Director will be present for the duration.
